Design Variations

 

The Octagon at 148 sq metres is a true octagon shape and can accommodate up to four bedrooms. The overall dimensions are 13.300 x 13.300.

 

The Extended Octagon at 184 sq metres is a stretched Octagon and can accommodate up to four bedrooms. The overall dimensions are 13.300 x 16.000

 

The Eco Octagon at 110 sq metres is a smaller octagon that has been narrowed and stretched. It is a three bedroom design but the Elevated Design Option can accommodate four bedrooms. The overall dimensions are 10.600 x 12.200.

 

The Hexagon Cabin at 60 sq metres is a true hexagon shape one bedroom cabin. The overall dimensions are 9.600 x 8.300.

 

All the Octagon Designs can be

 

Elevated Design with Rumpus/Bedrooms, En-Suite, Entry and Carports etc underneath. Built on concrete slabs.

 

Single Storey Design built on concrete slab or galvanised steel piers and sub-floor with termite resistant flooring.

 

Homestead Design with covered verandah completely around and built on galvanised steel piers and sub-floor with termite resistant flooring and treated timber verandah decks.

 

The Hexagon Cabin can be built as the Single Storey or Homestead Design Octagons
