Large front deck with roof over centre section. Three large bedrooms all with walk-in-robes that can be used as dressing rooms with a full length mirror. Very workable kitchen with large pantry. Good size bathroom and en-suite and large linen/store area with access to loft above.

The Single Storey Octagon or Octagon Homestead. All the features of the Elevated Octogon - First Floor, in a single storey home. Decks could be added to the single storey (covered or uncovered) and more windows could be changed to sliding doors in the Homestead design with verandah all around. Single Storey Octagons can be built on a concrete slab or on galvanised steel piers and sub-floor with termite resistant sheet flooring..

The Extended Elevated Octagon is a large home especially with Entry/Rumpus underneath. The large loft divided by stairs could be office one end and bedroom the other. The large Family Room has rear access from the back deck. Like all our designs the room layout may be changed to suite the client.

Optional decks can be placed around the Single Storey as required. The Homestead has a 1.8 verandah completely around the home. Windows can be replaced with sliding doors in bedrooms or living areas. The Cabins can be built on concrete slabs or galvanised steel piers and sub-floor with termite resistant sheet flooring. Optional decks are constructed with treated timber. The design options are – Single Storey with covered or uncovered decks or Homestead with verandah completely around. The Cabins are quick and easy to erect with pre-assembled frames and centre gal steel king-post. Ceilings are lined on the rake of the rafters except for bathroom etc that have flat ceilings and vent out through the central roof ventilator. Shadow-line vertical sheet cladding is used fixed from top plate to bottom steel bearer for construction strength.
