Completion costs would depend on - Design type, Land details, House position and owners labour input etc. To give an example using the Octagon Design and including; Plumbing, Electrical, Internal lining for walls and ceilings, Wet area waterproofing, Wall and floor tiles, Shower Screens and mirrors, Painting, all including material and labour. Plus Kitchen cupboards installed, Fix out material and P.C. Items. Not including carpentry work.
