How to Purchase

Step 1 After deciding on the design that interests you. Contact us by telephone, E-Mail or visit our Demonstration Home. Once we know your house design,requirements and land details. Step 2 A sketch plan will be sent to you incorporating advantages for your land, Green Smart Energy Efficiency and your personal requirements. Step 3 When you agree on the design and inclusions (decks, windows, doors etc) Costs for the Kit Home, Transport, Plans, and Specifications etc will be sent to you. Step 4 To proceed - We will supply Plans, Specifications and Energy Report. These items are to be lodged by you at your local council for Development Consent and a Construction Certificate. Step 5 While your Plans are being processed, contracts for the Kit Home can be exchanged and on receipt of your deposit, assembly of your Kit Home will commence. Step 6 When your plans have been approved and final payment organised we will deliver your kit home on the date required. |
